ABOUT ME

I am a seeker and have straddled worlds- as a student of indigenous wisdom from Incan Qero, Shipibo, and Mayan Tz’utujil traditions & working in Corporate America building learning programs & experiences for sales teams. I’ve taken my passion for learning and refocused my energies to fulfill my purpose of: helping people embody practices that support coming back to the Self, deepening their listening of what’s in their hearts to harmonize their body, mind and spirit with all of life.

I am here to plant seeds of remembrance, whether that is by co-creating learning experiences for medicine carriers to transmit their gifts or by directly working with me.
